From 2018-2020, 5G developed by Huawei is of a topic news around the world, especially the conflict between Huawei and USA government, which has been attracting people’s eyes. As internal business, communication and non-cash payment become popular, high-tech of telecommunication is necessary to support the world with fast changing. Huawei, as the first Chinese company with developed 5G technology, is welcomed by most western countries to build and perfect their telecommunication infrastructure. Though in the negotiation and marketing of 5G technology Huawei got many difficulties, finally Huawei was successful and become the top one 5G telecommunication provider in the world. In the paper, by PETS and SWOT Theory and cross-cultural communication theory, it focuses on analyzing the process of marketing strategies taken by Huawei. The structure is divided into five parts, including background introduction, challenges in USA, development of 5G, marketing strategies in European countries and suggestions for international companies. Through the analysis, it reveal the ways of Huawei to market its products in the modern business competitive and political control, which is significant to know the effective business management and strategies.
