Historically, tax is part of our life and imposed on businesses and individuals and implemented compulsorily by local regulators. In fact, the taxation mechanism is not changed. The reason for tax collection and its usage are almost the same in different periods. Now, it is time to investigate the impacts of indirect taxation on the countries. I am going to choose the USA as a research area. Lots of reasons make me distinguish the taxation case of the USA from other nations. The first and main reason is that the USA’s economy is the largest in the world. Being in the leader position makes the country more diversified in economic relations with others and international organizations have a huge impact on trade relations. There is always a question. Why? Why do we need that? To understand the topic, we have to analyze the most colossal economy and its variations. The United States of America is one of the federative countries and each state has its own taxation network. All together the USA is the best choice and with the appropriate methodology, it will be clear for us the detailed effects of taxes on the economy.
