Absztrakt (kivonat)
First I would like to note that there has been wide usage of literature related to the field and topic mentioned above. Both local-Azerbaijani and foreign specialists'. It is also clear from the table of contents that the structure of the thesis mainly consists of 6 parts. These are the introduction, analysis of the literature used, research methodology, analysis of results, conclusions and list of references. The introductory part of the thesis is mainly focused on geography of Azerbaijan, rich natural sources, tourism potential, attractive tourism and business environment. One of the fields Azerbaijan is paying the most attention is the development of tourism in the country. Obviously, it is important to be aware of the problems in the industry such as in restaurants and hotels which I have also mentioned some in my thesis work. The purpose is to highlight these shortcomings and problems to draw attention to such issues and find solutions. One of the main objectives of this thesis is to asses the role of hotels and restaurants. On the other hand, their weakness and strength and its potential to determine future prospects.
