Absztrakt (kivonat)
The thesis is about the impact of gastro blogs on home cooking. I have investigated in the history of blogs, gastro blogs, their evolution and tools used for transforming them into income-generating websites. I used primary research among bloggers and readers, their motivation, overall kitchen skills, and attitude towards online gastronomic content.
