Mongolia’s e-commerce is in a rise and it is significant to understand the mostly purchased items online. Consumers’ preference and their common budget as well as the ways they get supplied are the main issues studied in this research. It is crucial to know the current implementation of e-commerce in Mongolia. After having the insight on implementation of e commerce in Mongolia and in international level from several secondary researches,  I have built primary research to study more thoroughly among internet users of Mongolia to find out the factors that are not well known but affect customers’ preference as well as the ways of online ordered products’ delivery in Mongolia. This primary research was conducted among Mongolian e-consumers aged between 20-50 years old. The data of this research was collected between 31st of March 2020 and 4th of April 2020. The questionnaire subject was based on secondary studies and my personal triggers. The questionnaire was conducted in the form of online survey during the data collecting period. The sample was surveyed using non-probable convenience sampling method with one open ended question. The sample population was 139 in the study. This research is done 1. To find out what products and services are the mostly purchased online among Mongolian consumers 2. To find out ways of receiving Mongolian’s consumers online ordered products. 3. The amount that Mongolian consumers tend to spend on their preferred online products and services
