In recent years, the economies of China and Russia have developed rapidly, and the two-sided economic and business collaborate also presents growth constantly. China and Russia are geographically adjacent and have strong economic complementarities. As a world trade power, bilateral trade cooperation is of great significance. The “Belt and Road” initiative advocated by China provides favorable conditions for China and Russia to strengthen ties and develop trade. It is crucial to promote the optimal structure of the Chinese and Russian economic and business collaborate, deepen the areas of cooperation betwixt the two sides and promote the improvement of bilateral trade relations. The Sino-Russian trade has made great achievements under the joint promotion of the governments and enterprises of both sides, but due to the existence of many remaining factors in the development of Sino-Russian trade, there are still many problems. Through research and analysis of the problems in the process of Sino-Russian trade development and the causes of the problems, such as Sino-Russian trade structure issues and Sino-Russian trade development funding issues. It can be found that the Sino-Russian trade order is not perfect, the settlement system is backward, and investment problems. The "Belt and Road" has brought new opportunities for the development of Chinese and Russian economic and business collaboration, which is conducive to improving infrastructure construction, strengthening cooperation betwixt the two parties in various fields, and improving the trade structure. Further analysis of the new requirements of the Belt and Road Initiative for energy economy and business collaboration betwixt China and Russia, with the help of the good conditions created by the development of the Belt and Road Initiative, the development of trade relations betwixt China and Russia is of very important strategic significance for promoting the economic progress of China and Russia . To ensure that the construction of the “Belt and Road” is fully effective, on the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination betwixt the Chinese and Russian governments and enterprises. On the other hand, both sides need to work together to create a good trade cooperation environment and improve the quality of trade cooperation and services, and promote the “Belt and Road” to promote the development of China-Russia trade cooperation.
