Absztrakt (kivonat)

Mongolia is sandwiched between two large developed markets of China and Russia. After communist regime, Mongolia has been in the radical transformation process and has taken substantial steps to build into a market economic system. The Mongolian authorities stated that their purpose was to create a private sector led and export-oriented economy that promotes rapid economic growth. They believed that FDI will play an important role in supporting such a revolution, and in succeeding in more stable economic growth. Export-oriented expansion and openness to the international market is an essential element of economic development, because of the positive impacts that can bring to the country. For instance, industries that thrive in the export sector can gain those benefits: allocation of resources, capacity building, use of an economic scope, Mongolia implements a very open system of foreign direct investment (FDI). The liberalization of investment and trade has been the main factor of the country's development strategy since the early 1990s. As globalization and liberalization improve, the country's economy is closely linked to external factors such as trade share and openness. They seek to remove or reduce barriers to trade between countries while trading internationally. It is usually expressed in terms of trade volume (total share of imports and exports) in the gross domestic product (GDP).In this research, we will study the overall budget of our country, the nature of FDI, its types and forms, and the impact on our economy, including how Chinese investment, a major investor, affects our economy, and the mining sector, which is the core of foreign investment. Developing relations with Russia and China, which have close ties with neighboring countries, may affect the outlook for future cases and studies, and how these trade relations could affect Mongolia's economic growth, especially in the export-oriented sector and other industries.
