Absztrakt (kivonat)

The phenomenon of globalization is a complex process that has shaken international society through the rapid evolution of the market economy and the acceleration of internationalization in a global context. This phenomenon appeared to favour the integration and the liberalization of the economies by ensuring the dismantling of the physical and regulatory borders hindering trade between nations.Foreign direct investment is of important economic topics firewall significantly in recent times, where the race of developing States, in particular, to attract foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is the transfer of foreign capital investment abroad directly, since it is one of the main engines of economic growth in the country. Until 2010, Tunisia was considered a successful example in attracting foreign direct investment thanks to the opening policies and its political and economic stability. However, during January 2011, the situation of stability experienced by Tunisia changed radically. In fact, this country has known a revolution called "Jasmine Revolution" led mainly by young demonstrators and unemployed graduates especially in the interior regions. Hence, the interest of a reflection on the determinants of FDI and their effects on the Tunisian economy especially in a context in full mutation (post-revolution).  The main aim of this research is to determine the impact of socio-political instability in Tunisia specially after the revolution on the inflows of foreign direct investments in Tunisia through several economic indicators and determinants. The analysis was done through three main parts: The first on is an interview with the general secretary of the Foreigh Investment Promotion Agency in Tunisia, Then I put the lights on two companie which left the country after the revolution and finally I tried to make a comparative study between Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.
