<p></p><p><span lang="hu" xml:lang="hu"></span></p><p align="left"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">As the most important financial instrument in the green finance market, green bonds have largely solved the problem of difficult financing for green projects. Although China is now one of the top three green bond issuers in the world, its green bond market is still chaotic and has many problems. So, what is the existence and expectation of China’s green bond market, and what measures can be taken to make the China’s green bonds market healthier and stronger? This dissertation aims to summarize the deficiencies of the current China’s green bond market and the highlights of international green bonds market, analyze the causes of market chaotic, and propose feasible measures to promote the healthy development of China’s green bond market so as to achieve the future expectation.</span><b><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"></span></b></p><br><p></p>
