Absztrakt (kivonat)

<p></p><p>This work has provided with the details of the framework of a developing country in term of accountancy and corporate governance reforms. The fall of Soviet Union has affected many countries such as Mongolia in terms of reforming the whole structure of the economy in compliance with unifying with the International Standards being as the basis.  </p> <p>As the studies have shown that the reforming process is slow and difficult, Mongolia is promising to bring the economy towards a stable, transparent and efficient economy by implementing new projects and contributing towards the educational system. </p> <p>Mongolia has indeed made a significant progress in reforming accounting and auditing arrangements to need the meets with the mixed market economy, however due to the inappropriate institutional management there is a need for further development. This study provided with the gaps and weaknesses Mongolia. </p> <p>The purpose of this study was to bring and aggregate as much information we could find from online sources to prove a summary towards the general public in giving information of the overview of the Mongolian history in forming a proper economic structure and in hopes of millennial generation students and scholars. </p> I, myself, after this research have learned tremendously and at the same time realize that we need more clarity towards the information being shared and proposed. And I believe as I am studying accounting and finance major in Budapest has given me an insight towards why it is important for me to understand and educate myself because my generation need to bring better understanding of the financial system that is taking place in our developing country comparatively to our neighboring countries.<br />
