Absztrakt (kivonat)

Tourism in Georgia's PAs is still at an early stage of development. There is a high urgency for implementation of tourism preparation expertise and the most valuable practices, as well as product advancement, quality supervision, progressive engagement of the local community in the expansion of tourism services, marketing, and customer relations skills. The system of preserved zones needs to keep on realizing stable policies, regulations and evolving strategies to build a unique, bizarre trademark of PAs in Georgia. The evolution of ecotourism necessitates collaboration with regional NGOs and stakeholders. This research firstly investigates the financial influence of tourism in five Georgian PAs. Resolutions describe that consequences are abundant – nevertheless, there are signed contrasts among various PA categories. Commonly, more recent PAs, and those with a weaker protection level, for instance, Natural Monuments (NM), entice higher guest numbers, though the clientele is usually less conscious and enthusiastic in environment preservation and the areas’ PA status. By contradiction, more antiquated PAs of stronger protection status, e.g. national parks (NP) and strict nature preserves, consider for bigger shares of reliable Eco tourists, i.e. visitants to whom the presence of a PA is number one from reasons to tour a region. Besides ascertaining financial influences, detailed descriptions of guest structures and models are also scrutinized, and marketing and branding plans suggested. Finally, recommendations for performing strong socioeconomic influence monitoring are advised.
