Since 2018 until present, the United States (US) used the huge trade deficit in goods as an excuse to provoke bilateral trade frictions between People’s Public of China（PRC）and the United States （US）, and launch a series of measures to suppress PRC in the areas of trade and investment. PRC immediately responded, and the trade frictions between PRC and the US escalated. As the scale of trade frictions between PRC and the US grows, concerns about whether this round of trade frictions will turn into a "trade war" are growing rapidly Big, even academic circles have emerged "the outbreak of a trade war between PRC and the US". In this case, an in-depth analysis of the nature of Sino-US Trade Friction is particularly important. Several key issues, such as "what is a trade war", "whether a trade war has broken out between PRC and the US" and the specific reasons for the Sino-US trade war, Is the trump administration doing this just to balance the trade deficit or to crush PRC on the pretext of trade imbalance because PRC's rise challenges US hegemon, which need careful study and interpretation.
