When times turned into 21 Century, economic globalization has been rapidly formed because of the third industrial revolution by information technology leading in the new time. Meanwhile, the Internet era relies on information technology to enhance the efficiency of operation, must access the necessarily internal tactics to improving accounting information quality and management levels in the enterprise. Those Hotels have been experienced on the stage more than a hundred years are already transformed from high profit to volume of sells with low profit, the surviving based on the quality of service in a drastic market. The amount of profit for a Hotel and the results of management all those factors are highly connected with the internal operation. In addition, internal controlling is playing an important role for those business management on accounting information errors and loss of assets problem and prevention of business crisis, etc, have absorbed plenty of attention from many Hotel managers and more in further. This article starts from the internal control. A research objective is the hotel industry. I would like to use B Hotel Corporation, as a case study of hotel internal control research. Combine the author's work experience in that company, from shallow to deep, analysis and research on a series of issues related to hotel internal control, And in the following article, the hotel should be from the control program, Control system, control weak links and other aspects to improve.
