Absztrakt (kivonat)

Abstract After China's reform and openness in 1978, China has become a powerful and prosperous country with rapid economic growth. The annual GDP In 2018 has reached 900.30 billion Yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%. Only in the month of December, there are 5830 new foreign-invested companies in China, a raise of 20.5% over the same period last year; the actual use of foreign fund total of 92.34 billion Yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.9% (NBSC, 2019). To a certain extent, China has created a miracle in the history of world development. Meanwhile, China has paid a high price behind the economic development, such as the great deplete and dissipate of natural wealth, the critical destruction of the environment and the out-of-balance of the ecosystem. The existence of these problems not only seriously affects the quality of our lives, but also hinders the sustainable development of the Chinese economy. The green economy is an economic development model on the basis of low energy emissions, consumption and pollution. Under the background of economic globalization, FDI is provided with a dual character in the development of China's green economy: On the one hand, FDI flows into resource-intensive and labor-intensive industries, which will increase China's carbon emissions and not benefit to the development of green economy. On the other hand, FDI inflow would transfer low-carbon technology to host countries, bring high efficient equipment and advanced management experience, help them accelerate the growth of the green economy. On the basis of summarizing the results of foreign research, my thesis expounds FDI inflows have a special fondness in China, analyzes the energetic and passive effect of FDI on China's green economy development, and proposes the promotion of FDI from four levels: China, local enterprises, multinational corporations, and home countries. Countermeasures to serve the development of China's green economy.
